| Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference, invites applications for a graduate assistant in Athletic Communications. Position is available in August 2025. The Graduate Assistant, Athletic Communications will serve as a contact for several sports and as a secondary contact/social media coordinator for men's and women's basketball. In addition, the graduate assistant will work all Saint Francis home games and some travel might be required. The use of Adobe InDesign will assist with creating game programs and game notes for assigned sports and Adobe Photoshop will be used to help create graphics with the assistance of our graphic designer. Press releases, website updates, photography and social media skills will also part of the routine assignments. Collegiate athletics communications, Adobe Creative Suite (Mac), Stat Crew, NCAA Genius Live Stats, Daktronics Displays (LED scorer’s table/message center), and graphic/publication design. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Saint Francis will transition into an NCAA Division III program starting in the 2026-27 campaign. |
A bachelor’s degree in communications or related areas. Must me accepted into a full-time graduate studies program at Saint Francis University. Previous experience in collegiate athletics communications, Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign/Photoshop/Final Cut Pro), Stat Crew, NCAA Genius Live Stats, web streaming/video equipment, Daktronics Displays (LED scorer’s table/message center), graphic/publication design, video editing and shooting experience, and strong written and verbal communications skills are preferred.
