Job Description: The University of Southern Indiana Athletic Communications graduate assistant will serve as the primary contact for several NCAA Division I sports in the Ohio Valley Conference. The graduate assistant will assist the Director of Athletic Communications, Associate Director of Athletic Communications, and Assistant Directors of Athletic Communications in all duties pertaining to the office, including publicity for the athletic department and its 19 varsity sport programs, management of the athletics website, statistics, serving as a media liaison, social media, record keeping, event management, video, and other duties. The Athletic Communications graduate assistant can expect to travel on occasion with University teams and night/weekend work is required.
