The Assistant Director of Communications is responsible for creating media awareness, working to extend the brand and message of NC State University Athletics and producing digital publications and publicity. Primary responsibilities include: Serve as the primary media relations and communications contact for three Olympic sport programs Serve as content creator for assigned sports by editing graphic templates, and recording and posting social media videos. Work to develop and extend the brand of NC State, NC State Athletics and assigned sports creatively while working with the Athletics creative team. Serve as primary NC State Athletics liaison between assigned sports programs and national, regional, and local media, as well as the public.
