Louisiana Tech University, a Division I Member of the NCAA and Conference USA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Strategic Communications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as the primary communications contact for the baseball program, which has made recent NCAA Regional appearances in 2021 and 2022, as well as other assigned sports. Duties include being responsible for the promotion and publicity efforts of assigned sports through social media channels, creative and web content, press releases, game notes, statistics, relations with local, regional and national media, etc. Promote the assigned sports through internal channels – social media and the official website of LA Tech Athletics, LATechSports.com.
