Assist the Carroll Athletic Marketing staff in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing, promotional and fan experience efforts for all 23 sports, and any specific sport or event to which you are assigned.
Develop full-scale marketing plans and fan experience menus for sports as needed and assigned.
Assist with managing public address announcers, coordinating music, video board elements, cheer squad, pep band, and other marketing needs to direct the flow of games, events and promotions as needed.
Fulfill sponsored elements such as logo exposure, PA announcements, promotions, and events
Improve the atmosphere at each event through the use of games, giveaways, contests, trivia and music, etc.
Promote athletic events and communicate promotions within the residence halls, Greek system, student body, etc.
Assist in managing community outreach efforts to promote marketing programs to the Waukesha community.
Provide assistance in creating content, managing daily operation, and scheduling of social media platforms.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned sports. Developing full communications plans, identifying news stories, arranging interviews and promoting the program through all available outlets.
Creating and publishing digital content for assigned sports, including written, photo and video content
Assisting with daily posting on social media platforms for assigned sports.
Keeping statistical records; providing real-time data entry during live events and archiving statistics for historical reference
Updating content, such as bios, rosters, schedules, statistics, press releases, articles, blogs, etc. on gopios.com
Serve on the Carroll Golf Outing Committee, the athletic department's major fundraiser
Attend all conference-mandated workshops/meeting in the fall, spring and summer.
Assume all duties associated with SID's, according to CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America).

Knowledge of and compliance with the NCAA Division III mission and philosophies (preferred)
Ability to manage and train staff. Proficient in Stat Crew and NCAA Live Stats
