Princeton Athletics, a 38-sport Division I intercollegiate program competing in the Ivy League, is searching for a rising star to join its Athletic Communications team.

• The selected candidate will serve as primary communications contact for assigned varsity programs at Princeton University. In the role, the candidate will promote and publicize student-athletes, coaches and teams via social media, digital media and interpersonal relationships with local and national media.
• The selected candidate will work alongside the other members of the Athletic Communications department to design and implement department-wide communications and social media strategies.
• They will also work collaboratively with other areas throughout the department, including the other members of the External Relations team - Marketing, Broadcast/Multimedia, and Ticketing - to enhance and grow the Princeton Athletics brand.

A Bachelor's Degree is required and 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience managing social media accounts for brands/teams preferred. Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere - preferred. Time management skills are essential as the candidate will be asked to multitask on a daily basis. Compliance with all Ivy league/NCAA rules and regulations required. Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as well as travel with teams as required.
